Firefighters helped a home owner to reduce the size of a bonfire after being called to a property in the town.
Crews were called to Kelly Road, Ipswich, at 6.45pm, after receiving reports of a bonfire in a garden.
A spokesman for the fire service said that the incident was brought under control by 7pm, due to the flames being deemed as “controlled burning”.
They assisted in reducing the size of the fire by using a hose reel jet.
