Ipswich/Felixstowe: Man to appear in court on cocaine charge

A 44-year-old man from Ipswich will appear in court tomorrow on a drugs charge after being arrested in Felixstowe.

Robert Amissah, of Newnham Court, has been charged with possessing the class A drug cocaine with intent to supply.

He was stopped in Garrison Lane around 12.40pm and was detained for a drugs search.

A quantity of wraps were seized. He was taken into custody and interviewed by officers.

He is currently held in custody pending his appearance at South-East Suffolk Ipswich Magistrates’ Court in Ipswich.
