A half-tonne bale of hay went up in smoke this morning when Belstead Brook Park, in Ipswich, was hit by fire.
The blaze started at about 7am, ripping through half a tonne of baled hay.
A single fire crew from the town’s Princes Street station used a water backpack to bring the flames under control by 7.30am.
