Firefighters in Ipswich were called to a building in Star Lane in the early hours of this morning following reports of smoke coming from the premises.
Two crews from Princes Street were sent to the scene at about 4.45am today and on arrival they discovered smoke coming from the main fuse board.
UK Power Networks engineers were also called to isolate the system.
Two CO2 extinguishers, a dry powder extinguisher and one hose reel were used to bring the incident under control.
