TWO fires are thought to have been started deliberately on land close to Braziers Wood, near Ravenswood Avenue, in Ipswich.
A fire engine from Ipswich East was called out at 7.40pm and when they arrived discovered two seperate fires had been started in some bushes.
They used hosereels to bring the blazes under control by 8.18pm.
The cause of the fires is believed to be deliberate ignition.
Crews were back at station by 8.32pm.
