Archant

Raiders have targeted a home in Ipswich stealing various items including a purse, bank cards and cash.

Now police are appealing for witnesses to the burglary that took place in Ashcroft Road, on Friday, August 3, at about 3.30am.

The victims in the property were woken by their dog barking.

They then saw a lone male running off from their driveway towards Norwich Road.

Upon checking the downstairs they noticed the large window had been opened.

A play station remote and £150 headphones had been taken from the premises as well as a Louis Vuitton handbag and purse, bank cards and cash.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, saw any suspicious behaviour or has knowledge of the incident should contact Suffolk Constabulary on 101, quoting crime reference 37/43663/18.

Alternatively, contact the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form at crimestoppers-uk.org
