Ipswich: Man arrested on suspicion of affray is released on bail

An Ipswich man has been released on police bail following an incident at a flat in Iris Close, Ipswich last night, Thursday July 18.

Police were called to the scene at approximately 7:45pm following reports that furniture was being thrown from a third floor flat window.

The area was cordoned off whilst police dealt with the matter and a 43-year-old man was arrested at just after midnight on suspicion of affray.

The man has subsequently been released on police bail and is now due to return to the Martlesham Police Investigation Centre on Tuesday 30 July 2013.
