A man is in hospital after an assault in Ipswich.
An ambulance crew were called out at just after 9pm on Thursday evening after it was reported that a man had been injured after an assault.
The 37-year-old was attacked outside the MRS food store in Wherstead Road on the Austin Road junction.
He was later sent to Ipswich Hospital to receive treatment for head injuries he got from the attack.
