A MAN has been attacked by three people at a disused factory today in Ipswich, police have said.

Police officers and paramedics were alerted shortly before 1pm to the incident at the old Peters Ice Cream factory in Grimwade Street.

A spokesman for Suffolk police said three people “ganged up” on a man, pushing him to the ground.

He said the 40-year-old man was concious and breathing but had suffered a cut to his arm.

The people are believed to be sleeping rough at the former factory.
