A MAN has been injured after a large stone fell on top of him during a work place accident.
Police, the ambulance service and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) were alerted to the incident at Collins and Curtis Masonry, off Landseer Road, in Ipswich, at 10.35am.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said: “A 30-year-old man was injured when a large stone fell on his leg.
“It is thought he has suffered a possible leg fracture. His injuries are possibly life-changing.”
A spokesman for the HSE said: “HSE are aware and we are making initial inquiries.”
