A MAN was mugged of his adidas trainers during an attack in Ipswich early today.

Police are now hunting four men who made off with the 29-year-old’s shoes, keys, and tobacco, after punching him at the junction of Lavenham Road and Anita Close.

The incident occurred at around 12.20am.

The victim was walking on the pavement when he was approached by his assailants.

He was assaulted and fell to the floor where his adidas trainers, keys and tobacco were stolen.

The first offender is described as a black man, had braided hair, a gold tooth and was wearing all black, with a black hooded top.

The second offender is described as a white man, approximately 5ft 9in tall and was wearing jeans and a black hooded top.

The third and fourth assailants are described as white males.

The victim was not injured from the incident.
