Paramedics and police have been called to reports of an elderly woman who was choking in Ipswich.
The woman, in her 70s, was taken ill at the BHS in the Buttermarket shortly after noon.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said that an ambulance and rapid response vehicle were still on the scene around half an hour later.
The woman was taken to Ipswich Hospital for further treatment.
