A 47-year-old pedestrian was taken to Ipswich Hospital today after a collision with a car.
The man was injured at 6.45am during a collision in Chalon Street, Ipswich.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said although the casualty was taken to hospital initial reports suggested he had not been seriously hurt.
Elsewhere, at least one person was taken to West Suffolk Hospital following a two-vehicle crash on the A1101 at Icklingham, near Bury St Edmunds, just before 6.45am.
However, there were not believed to be any serious injuries sustained during the accident.
