An Ipswich photographer has been shortlisted for an Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Zoe Gibbs, 21, has made the shortlist in the Pitman Training’s SuperAchievers awards, which celebrate workers who love their job, strive to achieve, and who have a positive impact on their colleagues and families.

Last year, Miss Gibbs launched her business www.zoegibbsweddings.co.uk after years of studying, which saw her gain a number of qualifications including a worldwide recognised qualification from the Master Photographers Association.

Zoe’s mum Maria, who nominated her for the award, said: “Zoe is a very talented photographer. She has a wonderful presence and confidence about her.”

It is now down to the public to decide on the overall winner.

David Morley, of Ipswich Pitman Training, said: “We’re delighted that we have a strong candidate from Ipswich. SuperAchievers are showcased internationally and it’s really exciting to be flying the flag for Ipswich.”
