POLICE officers, alerted to three suspicious men, in a van outside Lloyds bank in Ipswich, have arrested a man.
At around 10.30am the alarm was raised after someone spotted three men sitting in a white Ford Transit van outside the branch in Bramford Road.
A Suffolk police spokeswoman said when officers checked the vehicle they discovered one of the men was wanted by police in Norfolk, in connection with minor driving offences.
She said the 28-year-old man was arrested for failing to answer charges relating to driving without insurance at Norwich magistrates Court.
