Preparation ahead of a scheme to replace bridge components this weekend will start at 8pm and finish at 6am tomorrow.
The westbound road over Orwell Bridge will be closed tonight while the Highways Agency carries out roadworks.
Preparation ahead of a scheme to replace bridge components this weekend will start at 8pm and finish at 6am tomorrow.
Vehicles will be diverted off the A14 at Seven Hills, junction 58, to the north of Ipswich via the A1156, the A1189 and the A1214, before rejoining the A14 at the Copdock interchange which is junction 55.
The entry slip road to the westbound A14 at Nacton, junction 57, will also be closed with traffic diverted eastbound on the A14 to join the same diversion route.
