Jaywick: Multiple casualties after road smash

FIVE people have been hospitalised after a two vehicle crash this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the accident in Spencer Road, Jaywick at 1.50pm.
Five casualties were taken to Colchester General Hospital, one with slight injuries and a man and woman confirmed as having non-life threatening injuries.
Two others, who had no obvious injuries, were taken for further assessment.
