Suffolk and Norfolk-based Ford, Peugeot, Citroen and Kia dealer John Grose is celebrating its commended status in the Regional Dealer Group 2013 category at the first annual Motability Dealer Awards – a national award for great customer service for its work with the Motability Car Scheme.

The dealer awards programme is designed to reward best practice and ensure all Motability customers receive exemplary customer service across the nationwide car dealer network.

The awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the scheme to customers, and is assessed by customer feedback and reviews of its Motability performance.

The new dealer awards programme saw quarterly award announcements during 2013 in the lead-up to the annual awards. All of these quarterly winners were automatically entered into the nominations for the annual award prizes.

Peter Wilson, general manager dealer relations at Motability Operations, said: “The Motability Dealer Awards are a great way for us to recognise our dealer partners who go above and beyond when representing the Motability Scheme. They are the ‘face’ of Motability and deliver a great customer experience.

“Our customers continually rate the service they receive at the dealership highly and we’re thrilled to recognise the work of those who are setting such a great example, like John Grose. Many congratulations to them on their commendation.”

Celebrating their commended status in the Motability Dealer Awards, John Grose group sales director Richard Howard said: “We are pleased to have been commended with this Motability Dealer Award. Motability is renowned for its high standards and here at John Grose we are proud to be recognised for our dedication to working in partnership with Motability over the past year. We look forward to continuing our great approach to business and customer service.”
