Police are investigating after a suspicious fire that caused heat damage to a conservatory.
It is thought a fence in Curtis Way, Kesgrave was intentionally set alight at around 5.40pm.
The flames then spread to three wheelie bins and the heat affected the conservatory of a neighbouring property.
Crews from Ipswich had the fire under control by 6pm but remained on scene to dampen down.
The matter is now being dealt with by police.
