Police were called to a two car crash on the A12 just south of Kessingland.
The collision happened at around 4pm and caused traffic to build up.
A white Fiat and a grey Hyundai were involved with a third vehicle also stopping to assist those involved.
A police spokeswoman said an ambulance was not called as the injuries were only minor.
