Police appeal after burglary.
A kindle was stolen during a burglary in Brightlingsea last night.
A house in Windsor Court was raided between 11.50pm last night and 7.40am this morning.
The front door was forced open and a three-figure sum of cash, a purse and small amount of tobacco, as well as a Kindle, were taken.
Anyone with information should contact Detective Constable Alison Cotter at Clacton Police Station on 101.
