Police have issued an E-Fit image of a man they would like to trace after a burglary in Lakenheath. The incident occurred between 7.40am and 8.30am on Monday 16 September in Sandgalls Road.

The victim returned home to discover a man in one of the rooms in the process of stealing their possessions. On being disturbed the suspect quickly fled the scene, getting away with a black Compaq laptop computer.

The offender is described as a white man, around 5ft 10in tall and of a stocky build. He was wearing a green camouflage jacket with a hood that was up over his head.

Anyone who believes they may know this man or has any information relating to this crime is asked to contact the Bury St Edmunds Priority Crime Team on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
