LEISTON booked their second final of the season courtesy of a 21st-minute own goal from Battell.
The visitors started well, forcing three corners before Leiston came into the game.
The goal came after good work from Trotter, whose driven cross from the right found the net off the unfortunate Battell.
Stannard denied Rochester twice either side of half time before Daly put a header onto the bar. But by weathering the visitors' storm Leiston booked a final berth against Brentwood Town next week.
