POLICE have arrested an 18-year-old and a 23-year-old man following a raid on a home in Leiston.

Officers found 20 cannabis plants with an estimated street value of around £10,000, along with five bags containing white powder thought to be cocaine, at a home in Station Road on Thursday.

The two local men were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the production and supply of cannabis, possession of a class A drug and burglary.

Both have been bailed to return to police on Monday 15 April, pending further enquiries.
