A MAN is due to appear in court today charged with the manslaughter of a woman who died at a railway level crossing in Colchester.
Darren Palmer, 38, from Clacton, is accused of the manslaughter of Kelly Mack, 29, who was struck by a train at the Hythe crossing on the evening of Thursday March 27.
He was charged with the offence by British Transport Police at 11.30pm last night and is expected to appear before Colchester magistrates this morning.
