Rail passengers travelling between Ipswich and Lowestoft faced delays on Saturday night due to a level crossing fault near Woodbridge.
Services between Ipswich and Lowestoft via Saxmundham and Beccles were delayed by around 20 minutes because of the level crossing failure in Melton.
The fault was first reported at around 6pm and Network Rail engineers and repaired it by 11pm. Police were called to the scene to control traffic.
