A 56-YEAR-OLD man will appear in court today in connection with an incident at an Essex level crossing.
The man, from the Witham area, was arrested and charged on suspicion of failing to comply with traffic signals, drink-driving and breach of an injunction.
He will appear at Colchester Magistrate's Court this morning.
His appearance is in connection with an incident which happened at a level crossing at Kelvedon on Monday afternoon.
