Lindacre Land Rover Service Centre in Ipswich has received the regional award from Land Rover for outstanding customer service for the first quarter of 2013.

Greg Rashbrook, managing director, said: “This is a particularly meaningful presentation as it results from our customer feedback.”

Lindacre service customers are regularly followed up by Land Rover to assess the quality of the work carried out on their vehicles and their overall customer experience.

The Lindacre team members take great pride in these awards and accept them as a great incentive to maintain the quality of their service.

This is the same team that won several national and regional service team awards between 1994 and 2009 in Norwich Road and, since establishing the Land Rover Approved Service Centre in Farthing Road just over four years ago, has already achieved service centre of the year in 2010 and maintained a high position nationally in the customer loyalty programme ever since.

To ensure the quality of the work is maintained the technicians regularly attend training courses at the Land Rover Academy and are regularly retested to retain their high level status.

Continuous investment in specialist equipment is also a priority, particularly for the latest Land Rover models as they feature a host of new technologies.

Lindacre has acquired additional symptom driven diagnostics systems (SDD) that are exclusively based on Jaguar Land Rover platform to enable fast and accurate fault diagnosis.

Customers receive personal attention from Lindacre’s service and parts team with extensive experience of all Land Rover products. Their objective is to minimise inconvenience and offer the most cost-effective solutions to any requirements.

Collection and delivery from home or workplace is a standard service or courtesy cars are available with a few days notice.
