A MAN has been charged with two drug offences following the discovery of a cannabis factory at a farm in north east Essex.
Officers found more than 590 plants when they were called to the site at Little Bromley on Thursday, August 2.
Following an investigation by detectives at Clacton a man was arrested on Saturday, September 1.
Andrew Faulkner, 35, of Waterloo Gardens, Romford was later charged with producing cannabis and also with possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
He has been detained in custody to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday September 3.
