A SENIOR reporter at the News of the World was arrested today by detectives probing the phone-hacking scandal.
James Weatherup, who is being questioned at a London police station, is the third person arrested since the Metropolitan Police re-opened their enquiry into phone-hacking at the Sunday tabloid.
Detectives are investigating claims the top-selling newspaper hacked into the answer phone messages of celebrities and politicians.
