The death of a 63-year-old woman whose body was found with head injuries at a property in Long Melford is not being treated as suspicious.
A post mortem examination was carried out yesterday following the discovery of the body, in Chadburn Road, on Sunday.
Further tests will be carried out however a Suffolk police spokeswoman said: “The death is not being treated as suspicious.”
The coroner has been informed and an inquest will be opened in due course.
