TRAFFIC was building up after a lorry broke down on the A14 at Felixstowe today.
The lorry is thought to have suffered a blow out on one of its tyres as it travelled in the Felixstowe direction of the road shortly before the docks at 5.46am.
However the road was clear by 7.22am.
