A LORRY has been wedged under an Ipswich rail bridge after failing to meet the height restrictions.
Police were called to Bramford Lane at 1.05pm after receiving reports that a lorry had become stuck under a bridge
A spokesman for Suffolk Police said that when officers arrived at the scene the lorry was no longer there, but there were markings on the road.
He later said that the bridge has been scraped and bricks had been lying in the middle of the road.
