Are you in a position to be able to adopt one of these cute creatures from the RSPCA centre in Martlesham?
This week we kick off our list with Bella, the 4-year-old, female. Bull Mastiff a sensitive soul that can be a little timid with new things and people being a little scary to her.
Bella would need a gentle, patient home that can help her come out of her shell, she enjoys going out on her walks and having a good run around the field.
She socialises well with other dogs so can be rehomed with a suitably matched, male dog and could possibly live with a cat bit will require further training. As she is a nervous character, a home where everyone is over 16 would be best.
Next up is Daisy, a 6-year-old, female, Rottweiler cross with a Mastiff. A super affectionate girl who loves being in the company of people.
She loves to use your feet as a seat and recieving endless belly rubs is a must. Chasing balls around a field is also a favourite as well as playing with different, exciting toys.
Daisy socialises well with other dogs so could live in a home with another suitably matched , male dog and can live with teenage children but unfortunatly not with cats.
How about adopting Dexter, the five-year-old Border Collie.
He adores being in the company of people and getting lots of love an affection, he really enjoys his walks and there is nothing better than chasing his ball in the field.
Dexter can live with older children who are used to dogs but unfortunately cannot live with a cat.
Next up is this older gentleman that is Parker.
A quiet soul whose favourite things in life are food and a nice comfy blanket to nap on, being an older chap he does enjoy his own space but does like a bit of fuss and attention here and there.
Parker is looking for a patient home and can live with teenage children and possibly another cat that is used to living with other felines.
What about Milly the eight year old cat - could she be perfect for your home?
This proud feline loves to laze around in soft blankets and have the odd fuss on her terms as this particular feline likes being left to relax in peace. Have you got room in your home for this lady?
Next up is Penelope the two-year-old cat.
When she first came into the centre she could be quite timid but since settling in she is getting more and more brave with each passing day.
Penelope is looking to live in a home with older children and without any other pets due to her timid nature.
How about adopting the lovely Grace, she is a sweet natured, quiet soul who cannot wait to find a new home.
When she is settled in she really enjoys nothing more than people’s company and laying next to someone as they watch TV as well as getting the occassional belly rub.
Grace is looking for a nice, patient home where she can really settle in and finally call her own.
The RSPCA assures families that all cats, dogs, ferrets and rabbits that are offered for adoption have been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.
An adoption fee of £150 for dogs, £60 for cats and £25 for rabbits and ferrets, is charged to help cover the cost of getting the animals ready for their new homes.
