A 44-YEAR-old man has been jailed for two years following a robbery at Royal Plain in Lowestoft in which a 30-year-old man sustained a cut to his head.
The man was injured on the afternoon of Thursday, January 5 when Kimberley Bramble, from London Road South, Lowestoft, pulled his shoulder bag from him and struck him over the head with the bag before fleeing.
Police traced Bramble from the description given of the robber and from CCTV images, from the South Pier and Waveney Norse, which caught the incident and Bramble in the area following the victim.
Bramble appeared at Ipswich Crown Court for sentencing on Tuesday and was given two years imprisonment.
