Police called to alleged rape.
A man arrested in connection with an incident in which a corrosive substance was sprayed in the face of a woman in Lowestoft on Thursday has been bailed by police.
A Suffolk Constabulary spokesman said on Saturday night that the 25-year-old man, who was arrested on Friday for conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm, has now been bailed in connection with this matter until November 5.
