A MAN is due before court tomorrow after around 40 cannabis plants were discovered at his home.
Frank Bene’t, of Minden Road, Lowestoft, will appear at Lowestoft Magistrates’ Court charged with producing cannabis.
The 58-year-old was arrested after officers carried out a search at his home on April 12 when plants were discovered in a ground floor room fitted out with a hydroponics set-up.
At the time it was estimated the cannabis would have a street value of more than �16,000.
