Lowestoft: Man is robbed by attacker who may have had a knife

Police are appealing for help following a robbery where one of the attackers appeared to be carrying a knife.

Between 12am and 12:30am this morning the victim, a 23-year-old man, was walking along Water Lane when he was approached by a man who asked him what he had on him.

He appeared to be holding a knife with a second man then asking him to turn out his pockets. The victim handed over his iPod Nano and a black Sony Xperia Miro mobile phone.

The two men then walked off in the direction of St Peters Street.

The first man is described at around 5ft 8ins to 5ft 10ins tall, of average build and wearing a dark face cover and a white hoody. The second man is described as being of similar build and possibly slightly shorter and wearing a dark hoody.
