Police searching for a man who was reporting missing in north-east Suffolk have found a body.
Vincent Ward was reported missing on yesterday evening by his wife who was concerned for his safety.
The disappearance of the 47-year-old from Carlton Colville sparked a search of the marshes by Suffolk Police.
A spokesman said: “On Friday afternoon, the body of a man was discovered in the marshes. Formal identification is expected to take place on Saturday, but officers believe it to be Vincent.
“Vincent’s wife continues to have police family support assistance.”
