There has been a crash involving a car and a lorry in Lowestoft this morning.
The crash on the Cooke Road happened at 8.15am between an Audi and a Scania tanker. Three fire crews from Lowestoft attended the scene to release one person who was medically trapped inside the car, they also isolated 36,000 litres of fuel which the lorry was carrying.
The patient was taken to James Paget Hospital after sustaining whiplash injuries.
The Bloodmoor Road had been closed but was opened again at 10.23am.
