A SURFER died after getting into trouble off the Suffolk coast.
The man, in his 30s and from London, was rescued near Lowestoft yesterday lunchtime but was pronounced dead shortly before 1pm.
He was brought to shore on the beach near The Hotel Hatfield.
Suffolk police confirmed they are not treating the death as suspicious.
