Police have announced that Lowestoft woman April Holdsworth has been found safe and well after being reported missing on Saturday.
Suffolk Constabulary had appealed to the public for help in tracing the 53-year-old, who had last been seen by a relative at about 2pm, walking in the direction of the town’s railway station on her own.
At 8.20am on Sunday morning, Lowestoft police tweeted: “April Holdsworth has now been located safe and well.”
