FIREFIGHTERS are currently tackling a fire at a derelict factory in Brantham.
FIREFIGHTERS are currently tackling a fire at a derelict factory in Brantham.
The blaze broke out in the disused building in Factory Lane at around 6.45pm.
When crews arrived they discovered 50% of the ground floor and 30% of the first floor of the building which measures 20 by 30 metres was on fire.
Four fire engines from Manningtree, Holbrook and Princes Street, a control vehicle from Woodbridge, an off-road appliance from Manningtree and another crew from Sudbury are at the scene.
Firefighters are still attempting to bring the flames under control.
