The trial of an Ipswich man accused of burglary at a house in Barham will take place in January next year.
Before Ipswich Crown Court on Thursday, October 18 for a plea and trial preparation hearing was Malcolm Wallis, 61, of Morgan Drive, Ipswich, who pleaded not guilty to a break-in at premises in Ely Road, Barham on September 18 this year.
He is accused of stealing two pairs of women’s boots, a duvet set, a passport, a driving licence and a first aid kit during the alleged break-in.
Wallis’s trial is expected to take place during a two week warned list commencing January 14.
