The trial of a man accused of breaking into a property in Bury St Edmunds will take place in October.

Timothy Killick, 56, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty at a plea and trial preparation hearing at Ipswich Crown Court today to burglary at Hartest Place, Bury St Edmunds, in October 2015.

The case was adjourned until October 2 when his trial will take place.

Killick was remanded in custody.
