A MAN has been charged with a string of offences after a teenage girl disappeared from her Essex home and was later found in Weston-Super-Mare.
Richard Lewis, 19 years old from Llanbradach, Caerphilly in Mid Glamorgan has been charged with two offences under the Child Abduction Act 1984 and five under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court tomorrow.
