A 47-YEAR-OLD man is due to appear in court today after shouting and swearing at members of the public in Lowestoft town centre.
A 47-YEAR-OLD man is due to appear in court today after shouting and swearing at members of the public in Lowestoft town centre.
Andrew Whiting, of no fixed abode, was arrested and charged with disorderly behaviour following the incident yesterdaymorning.
He was held in custody overnight and is due to appear at Lowestoft Magistrates Court this morning.
