A MAN has been arrested after an assault which left a woman needing hospital treatment.
The incident happened at 8.10pm at the Murco garage in Out Risbygate, Bury St Edmunds.
Police and paramedics were called to deal with the incident and the woman was taken by ambulance to West Suffolk Hospital with what was described as a “minor wound”.
The man has been arrested for assault and is being questioned by detectives at Bury St Edmunds police station.
