POLICE are appealing for information after a man was assaulted and robbed by two men in London Road, in Ipswich.
POLICE are appealing for information after a man was assaulted and robbed by two men in London Road, in Ipswich.
The 31-year-old male was at the junction with Wilberforce Street, at about 4.35pm on Saturday , when two men approached him and asked for directions.
They then threw him to the ground, punched and kicked him and made off towards Handford Road with his wallet.
The first man is described as white, in his mid 20s, 5ft 8ins to 6ft tall, of slim build, with designer stubble and short brown hair. He was wearing light blue jeans and a dark blue sports t-shirt with white stripes on the sleeves.
The second male is described as black, also in his mid 20s, 5ft 8ins to 6ft tall, of slim build and with black short hair.
