A man is due to appear at court today after police raided a cannabis factory in Ipswich.
The 33-year-old has been charged with producing cannabis after officers executed a warrant at an address in Foxglove Crescent in Purdis Farm yesterday.
More than 600 cannabis plants were discovered, which are believed to have a potential street value of �900,000.
Officers from the Territorial Support Team and the drugs team carried out the warrant at around 10.35am and found the plants and growing equipment in several rooms.
Tinh Nguyen, from Ipswich, has been charged with producing the drug and was due to appear at South East Suffolk Magistrates’ Court this morning.
